Introduction of R&D center

      R&D center of Yield, located in Nanjing Yuhua Economic Development Zone and covering  about 1,000 square meters, is equipped with a QC room, standardized labs and professional apparatus used for R&D and scale-up kilogram synthesis.It is mainly engaged in synthetic technology research and process development as well as custom synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates，electronic compounds and API from milligrams to grams. The center can finish various kinds of reactions, such as reactions in low temperature（-80℃）and high temperature（300℃）, hydrogenation reactions and so on. Especially in synthesizing primidine, pyridine, thiophene, quinoline and boronic acid, Yield lies at the leading level in China.

Apparatus  

     R&D center has standardized labs and a QC room for HPLC and GC. The labs are equipped with professional apparatus used for R&D and scale-up kilogram synthesis for intermediates and APIs, including 20L Rotary Evaporators, 50L reactor, high-prssure hydrogenation reactor and rectifying tower, etc.

Quality Control

     Yield views quality as the basis of the whole company, and established a sound quality-guarantee system of products. A project leader is responsible for the supervising and operation during the whole technical procedure. Before the beginning of a project the CTO gives instructions on the synthesis route to all participating persons, especially the project leader, in order to familiarize them with the procedure and emphasis is given in order to avoid possible mistakes.
     A systematic set of analysis apparatus and regulations is available in Yield's laboratories to verify the chemical structure and to decide whether the compound is in the contracted range of purity. With the help of advanced instruments and professional analysts, all compounds provided by Yield can satisfy its clients' needs.
