数据管理系统：

博鸿以项目为基础，自行设计开发的包括销售、生产、采购、市场、财务5个部分的ERP管理系统。

Data mangment sysytem:

The company is applying its self-designed ERP system which consist of sales, production, purchase, marketing and finance, these five parts.

销售管理：

        包括了询价、报价、订单、发货管理；
        庞大的询价和报价数据库使得销售人员熟知市场走向；
        订单以及发货管理杜绝了漏单现象，发货时间的记录使得定单按期发货有了保障。

Sales management :

        This section involves enquiry, quotation, ordering and delivery control .
        The enormous Enquiry & Quatation Database familiarizes our sales staffs the immediate market trends.
        The ordering and delivery control system eliminates any order-dropping. The recorded delivery time guarantees all ordered goods are delivered on time.

项目管理：

合成工艺以及实验中的原始数据全部录入系统，确保最终产品的相关实验数据以及检测报告的真实性和完整性，杜绝实验过程中的记录疏漏或随意修改。同时，这些合成工艺数据也是公司内部数据库的重要来源，从而实现公司内部技术经验的系统化，便于今后的类似项目参考利用，加快项目进程。

Project management:

All data gained from performed synthesis processes and experiments are input into our system. This ensures the authenticity and integrality of all experimental data and analysis reports related to the target compounds as our goods. Such a measure also eliminates oversight and arbitrary revise during the synthesis procedure. Meanwhile, these synthesis-related data makes the fundamental source for Yield’s internal database, which systemizes Yield’s own technology accumulation. These cases, serving as available reference, will finally help to accelerate similar projects in the future.

项目管理系统使得项目相关技术工艺接触人数最小化。通过相关的登陆权限设置，ERP系统做到了让每一个项目负责人只能看到自己项目的工艺以及生产流程，最大限度得执行与客户签定的保密协议，防止合成路线外泄。

The project management system minimizes the number of persons who will access the techniques related to a certain project. Through login limitation, the ERP system restricts the accessible synthesis techniques and procedure details for any project leader to those ONLY related to the project(s) that he/she is responsible for. We therefore can fulfill all the agreements of secrecy agreed between our clients and us and to a great extent avoiding any divulging of synthesis routes.

项目管理系统使公司的技术管理更加及时。CTO能够通过该系统随时随地了解每一个项目的进展情况，及时作出技术指导。

The project management system keeps Yield’s technical management updated. This enables the CTO to realize the immediate progress situation of each project and to give his technical instruction needed on time.

项目管理系统中含有“周报生成系统”，能使项目负责人简便迅速的将项目进展以周报的形式加以总结并反馈给客户，便于客户及时了解该项目的进展情况，加强与客户的良好沟通。

Such a project management system includes the so called ‘Weekly Report Generating System’ which enables any project leader to conclude his/her project progress as a weekly report prepared for the client. By doing this we create the well-going communication with our clients by providing the convenience for them to realize our updated project progress.

采购管理：

        主要包括供应商管理，仪器试剂管理和库房管理。
        供应商管理以及库房管理详细记录了所有供应商的详细资料，包括产品的规格、价格、质量等。从源头上对产品质量把关，对于不合格的供应商，系统自动列入黑名单内，以此确保原料质量达标。

Purchase Management:
        This section includes management of suppliers, instruments and reagent. The management of suppliers offers detailed information of all suppliers, including the quality, price, specification of items used in the reaction, so that we can control the quality of the final products. Those unqualified suppliers will be piped off automatically to garantee the quality of raw materials.
